India has never got an author like Chetan Bhagat ever.THis book have got everything to make readers enjoy.This book follows the story of simple girl Radhika Mehta who ,from the beginning, was an honest and intelligent student.Because of her hard-work She got a job at the a Banking company Goldman Sachs in america,which again identified her true potential and paid her to the fullest.But as everything comes at a cost ,she got huge money but not many friends and enjoyments,her love life was equally devastating.well not more just go and read it.All i have to say that this book chronicles the adventure of a 'ONE INDIAN GIRL' who goes into search of what she really wants?
Over the course of years, Chetan has developed an habit of writing movie scripts rather that novels,this book really follows the trend of a typical mainstream Bollywood movie,:
- Goa, check
- money(lots of),check
- relatives(typical Indian type),check
- x_boyfriends(plural),check
- intimate scenes(many)check,etc,
The book aims about finding true meanings of feminism(which is absent from the main plot, till the final chapter) .But chetan dont make this a problem for the readers ,he made it sure that they would enjoy themselves thoroughly.Chetan Bhagat is a big name already,if you haven't read the book already,that means you just wake up today.So just go and read it.
